An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Communication Expert to join the company.

We’re looking for someone personable with lots of enthusiasm and passion, a good creative eye and plenty of experience, to work on raising the profile of Haymillian on an international level.

You must be a team player with very strong written and verbal communication skills, who is keen to share their knowledge. Most importantly you want to work in an ever-evolving creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing the corporate marketing & communication strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Create a content marketing calendar to ensure regular online communication using all available mediums throughout the year.
  • Post on the company’s social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Identify and action ways to broaden the following of Haymillian through social media
  • Creation and posting of content to various social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) as per agreed process
  • Regular upkeep and maintenance of the company’s on-line presence including developing digital, social and visual campaigns
  • Updating the company web site with new content
  • Writing for the company blog
  • Create reports and present results of marketing efforts to management, produce regular updates on marketing & social media activities and progress against KPIs.
  • Monitor key competitor activity and update the team using ad hoc and formal reporting methods.
  • Actively participate in the planning and production of various events and exhibitions.
  • Actively participate in the design and artwork production of adverts, collateral and other marketing materials including liaison with 3rd party vendors. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in marketing with consideration also for other degrees plus applicable experience  
  • Fluent English, second foreign language preferred
  • Good understanding of marketing frameworks and strategy
  • Experience in and passion for marketing/social media
  • Copywriting in English
  • Basic knowledge of design software will be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • ‘Can do attitude’ with a willingness to undertake other tasks as required
