Highly successful Utah-base Language Services Provider is looking for an accomplished and highly motivated Account Manager to lead and grow it's Content Translation and Localization Business Division. The Account Manager will work closely with the existing client base, as well as be responsible for finding and growing new clients. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing a small Production team. This newly created position reports directly to the CEO.

SUMMARY: The Account Manager will work to keep existing client relationships and acquire new ones.  They will focus on building accounts within current clients and must have strong customer service background along with account management history.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work with existing client base to understand business priorities, successes and complaints and work to promote company throughout the organization, to find new opportunities.
  • Work with CEO to understand and project existing and new sales opportunities and forecast.
  • Manage and motivate a small Production team to successfully scope, produce and deliver client projects, on time and within budget.
  • Able to handle stressful situation in a polite and professional manner. Ability to work nights or weekends, when required.
  • Some travel to client sites is required.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Account Management/Sales in the Translation/Localization industry, working directly with B2B clients to grow existing accounts and find new business opportunities.
  • Bachelors Degree with background in management, linguistics, or technical Sales.
  • Experience managing complex Translation/Localization projects, is preferred
  • Proficient in CRM like HubSpot or SalesForce or similar software
  • Customer Service experience is a must.

This position is located in Utah and relocation support is not available for this role.

Reports To:  CEO

Education, Experience, and Knowledge: Experience in the translation/localization industry preferred. A Bachelors Degree with background in management, linguistics, or technical Sales. Proficient in CRM like HubSpot or SalesForce. Customer Service experience is a must. Bilingual preferable.

Experience working directly with clients. Experience working in a business to business sales environment is essential.
