Global Customer Experience Manager
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will be reporting to the CEO.
IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Operations Management studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a full-time Operations Manager position, Customer Experience Manager, or equivalent role, preferably with knowledge of the language or multimedia industry.
- Lean project management.
- Cost control/budget oversight (project and global based).
- Coordination, supervision, and management of teams.
- Economics/Business Management will be an advantage.
- Localization, Multimedia and/or Interpreting project management will be valued.
- ISO 9001 and 17100 knowledge will be an advantage.
- Internal Auditor certification will be an advantage.
LANGUAGES:
- High level of written and spoken English is required. Other languages will be an advantage (Spanish and German preferably).
SKILLS:
- Strategic business mind.
- Customer focused. Understanding customer’s needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams. Supportive and motivating leader.
- Ability to work under pressure and with excellent organizational and planning skills (time management and prioritizing).
- Proactive attitude. Decision-making.
- Must have excellent managerial, operational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ability to delegate while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service.
- Quality oriented. Continuous improvement mindset.
- Open to work towards objectives.
- Able to reach a solid commitment with our organization.
- COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Good user-level knowledge of the Office 365 package and the collaborative working tools it offers.
- Other software and tools will be valued.
- Understanding of CAT tools, software localization tools, machine translation, and speech-to-text software will be positively valued.
