The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to learn all aspects of the different TMS used in Vistatec and how they fit into the translation workflow, machine translation implementation and troubleshooting in a fast paced environment.​

The role involves Translation Management System Administration of XTM, WorldServer and Memsource. You will engage with Vistatec Project Managers to support all aspects of the translation workflow including user management, troubleshooting, machine translation implementation, workflow design, TM & Terminology management, and file filters.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage users in Vistatec TMS - WorldServer, XTM and Memsource
• Provide technical assistance to all TMS users
• Support Machine Translation implementation
• Troubleshoot issues
• Document and improves processes

Experience Requirements

• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams
• Ideally 1 year + Localisation Experience
• Ideally 1 year + TMS Experience

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with WorldServer/XTM/Memsource/Trados Studio a distinct advantage
• Machine Translation Experience
• Beyond Compare
• XMLSpy
• Advanced Text Editor (UltraEdit, Notepad ++ etc..)
• Excel/Word Macros
• Experience with a scripting language such as Python or Powershell
