I can access my individual profile, but why are some of the editing fields missing?
If you navigate to your individual profile and discover that some of the editing fields are missing (such as "About You" or "Profile Picture") please contact GALA staff at [email protected] and they will reset your password. The process of resetting the password will refresh your website account and allow you to access the editing fields.
You are welcome to change your password after this reset has occured. For instructions on doing that, please see the Password FAQs.
