Editing Your Company Profile

In order to edit your company profile, you must first be designated as a "Master User."  If you have Master User permissions, when you navigate to your company profile page you will see an "Edit Profile" tab in the left navigation panel.  If you need Master User permissions, you can contact GALA at [email protected] and request permission.  Additionally, if one of your colleagues has Master User status, they may grant you this same status.

From the "Edit Profile" area, you are able to update your company overview, logo, languages, sectors, contact information, social media links, locations, and other items.  If you have questions about editing specific details on your company profile, please refer to Company Profile section within the general FAQ page for more answered questions. 

 

What is a Master User? 

Master Users can edit company information, remove employees from a company, make other individuals "Master Users" or billing contacts, and access credit cards associated with a company account.  All company Master Users receive notifications when new employees are added to a company account.  If an employee is added that is not associated with the company, a Master User should immediately remove the employee.  If you are a Master User, you may see if there are other Master Users on your account by selecting the "Manage Users & Roles" tab in the left navigation panel on your company profile.  If you are not a Master User, please contact GALA to retrieve this information.

To become a Master User, another Master User must grant normal company users these permissions.  To do this, a Master Users must navigate to the company profile, select the "Manage Users & Roles" tab in the left navigation panel.  Next to the individual's name select "Manage Roles."  Select the checkbox for "Master User" and save the selection.  Additionally, you may contact GALA staff at [email protected] and they can assist you. 

 

What is an Authorized Company Biller?

Authorized Company Billers have access to any credit cards stored on the company account.  However, they are not able to edit company information or change user roles.  Master Users can designate employees to become company billers.

 

How do I indicate which office location is my company's headquarters?

If your company has more than one office location, please place your headquarters at the top of the list of locations.  To do this, use the drag and drop mechanism in the "Edit Profile" mode to move the headquarters location to the top of the list.

 

Why is my company logo and/or header loading incorrectly?

The logo size on the company profile is exactly 315x200 pixels.  Logos uploaded should have the same aspect ratio.  If you have uploaded a logo and the sizing is distorted, please send a high resolution copy of your logo to [email protected] and GALA staff will assist you in resizing and uploading your logo.

The header size on the company profile is exactly 1150x290 pixels.  Headers uploaded should have the same aspect ratio.  If you have uploaded a header and the sizing is distorted, or a black background surronds your image, please send a high resolution copy of your header to [email protected] and GALA staff will assist you in resizing and uploading your header.
