KnowledgeFest: The Path to Leadership

Thursday, 15 March, 2018 - 09:00

Leaders like you agree that making an investment in talent development -- in your people and in yourself -- is an investment in your company’s growth. This interactive workshop enables you to drill into two practical challenges: 1) what is an optimal organization chart for your company and 2) are you the right leader to take the company to the next level. In the first half, teams will examine typical organization charts and discuss if these structures help, hinder or catalyze specific business goals for growth, scale and innovation. In the second half, teams will participate in a fun, insightful “group therapy” exercise about behavioral change and mentorship.
