Tennispoint.de is Germany's #1 online retailer for tennis equipment and they are now expanding their business internationally. To support the expansion, they are localizing the online shop into multiple languages. With 60,000 product names and descriptions and about 20,000 updates a year, adding each language is a major investment and a huge organizational challenge. This session will describe Tennispoint.de's expansion strategy that is enabling the company to go global without inflating the budget or demotivating the team.
