Can M&A Replace Your Sales Force?

When attempting to solve some of their business challenges like increasing revenues, lowering costs at production sites, and expanding service offerings, companies have several options. This presentation will examine one particular option:  acquisitions. The session will discuss the benefits and challenges that small- and mid-sized language services companies face and what they stand to gain if they are successful in implementing an acquisition strategy. A case study of a $7 million acquisition will be used to illustrate the benefits and challenges.
