Upgraded Language Technology & Services Directory Becomes a Premier Destination
GALA
Seattle, WA (December 5, 2007) -- The Globalization and
Localization Association (GALA) announced today a major upgrade to its
well-established Language
Technology & Services Directory. One of the most comprehensive
directories of its kind, the GALA Language Technology & Services Directory
connects enterprises of all sizes with the language suppliers, services
and technologies they need to be truly global.
Finding the right
supplier through the Language Technology & Services Directory has now been
made easier. The directory, which includes all of GALA's more than 265
member companies, has improved categories of suppliers and technologies to
make searching easier. The user interface also has been updated, with
three different ways to interact with the data (directory format,
searchable database and annotated list). Search results now include
weighted results and bonus keywords that highlight strengths of each
company.
For GALA members, the revised directory provides better
search-engine optimization and member-only content. With the
modifications, the directory becomes a premier destination for those in
