Registration Open for “GALA in Tokyo” Event
Globalization and Localization Association (GALA)
GALA's first event in Tokyo explores globalization of the Japanese
localization industry
Seattle, USA -- The
Globalization and Localization Association announces open registration for
the first "GALA in Tokyo" event. This event is designed to provide
participants with knowledge about new trends and language technologies for
the global market. GALA Chairman, Aki Ito, will open the event and Renato
Beninatto of Common Sense Advisory will present on localization industry
trends from a global point of view.
The event includes two panel
discussions -- one on sales and marketing in Japan and overseas markets,
the other on language technology for the Asian market (translation memory,
workflow tools, machine translation). "GALA in Tokyo" will take place
September 26, 2006.
