Industry companies already posting jobs; professionals invited to create career profiles

Seattle, Washington, USA – GALA, a highly regarded international association for the translation, internationalization and localization industry, today introduced LocalizationCAREERS.net, a full-service online career center for the language technology and services industry. The applicant pre-screening feature enables employers to create customized questions and criteria when they post a position. LocalizationCAREERS.net, which is being powered by JobTarget, a leader in job board development, also will track statistics related to the employer’s job postings – from number of times a job posting has been viewed, to current applicants and response status.

Employers also will have added exposure for their postings through networking with other job boards. In addition, using JobPool, a service provided by JobTarget, employers will have access to the full JobTarget candidate pool, which includes more than 160,000 users.

The site also features an anonymous contact system and resume/CV bank, enabling job seekers to list their experience and qualifications.
