The seminar attracted over 60 participants, and it was a great success. I attended the webinar. The presenter focused on providing in-depth information about the tool in a sales-free atmosphere. Language Standards for Commerce and Communication

Everything else " from communications through technical specifications, tools, processes, and expectations to language quality itself " is proprietary and can't be measured because it varies by client, supplier, and sometimes even by individual. GALA in Tokyo 2006: Post-Event Report

The first GALA event was held in Tokyo on 26 September, 2006 at the Ginza Montray Hotel. Almost all of the participants were service providers in Japan. This event was a good example of how GALA provides a space for industry professionals to communicate and share information useful to their own businesses. More.
 
   
Localization World Montreal and GALA Montreal Events

tcworld 2006: a GALA member perspective

I attended tcworld 2006, which was held in the beautiful city of Wiesbaden, Germany (November 8-10). GALA and GALA members were present to support the first global Localization Expert Forum and composed a significant group of international GALA exhibitors. Localization World Shanghai
This spring, Localization World will host its first conference in Asia. The program will cover a wide range of issues in the world of translation and localization, from discussions about Asia to more general topics, with case studies from a wide range of applications.
