Company description: The Company
Teknotrans was founded by Dieter Hammer in 1971. Dieter worked as a translator for Volvo and saw the need for a translation agency specialising in technical translations. The company, which is based in Gothenburg, has grown during the years and now has a considerably wider spectrum.

Teknotrans is a family company, owned by the Hammer family.

Business Concept
Our business concept is to translate commercial text for industrial customers and other purchasers of qualified specialist translations. We translate to and from most languages within the majority of specialist areas.

By concentrating on our working concepts and strategies, we can achieve high quality goals for our business. We cooperate only with translators who share our ambitions and can fulfil our customers demands and expectations. We believe that the linguistic quality of a translation should always be at least as high as that in the original language. The factual information, message and purpose of the information must be retained throughout the entire translation process.

Translators
Teknotrans has a large network of professional translators who translate between all of the worlds languages. All are professional translators with technical skills and terminology expertise within their own branch. They translate only to their mother tongue.
