Company description: Since its establishment as a limited company in 1994, Skrivanek has expanded to become one of the largest translation companies in Central and Eastern Europe, in terms of both turnover and number of branches. It currently has a total of over 50 branches within 14 countries. The company's steady year-on-year growth in sales has enabled it to expand successfully and to invest in new technology and equipment, ensuring that Skrivanek remains at the forefront of the market in terms of quality and range of services. Thanks to our well-established branch structure, all our translations are carried out by experienced native speakers of the target language based in the country in which the language is spoken. These translators are carefully selected by the in-country branches in accordance with our rigorous ISO-defined selection procedures, and their work is constantly monitored by ISO driven quality controls. All translations are assigned to translators with appropriate educational qualifications and extensive experience in the field. Our International Project Management Centre in Prague acts as a central contact point for translations into all the languages we provide, enabling our clients to have a single, named contact for all our services while still taking advantage of the branch structure.
