Presently, LinguaVox has 8 full-time employees, 7 at our headquarters in Spain, and 1 at the Michigan, U.S. office. Quality work and customer satisfaction are our first priorities. If you entrust your translation project to LinguaVox, you will receive a translation with a triple quality guarantee: 1. Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2008, 2. Translation Service certified according to EN 15038:2006, 3. Translation + Independent revision (editing and proofreading) + Internal quality control. At least three people will take part in the translation of your documents: a translator who will translate into his/her native language, a reviser specialised in the subject in question who will compare the source and target texts and recommend corrective measures, and finally one of our project coordinators who will supervise all the project phases and carry out the final quality control before delivery. Our main target languages are Latin American and European Spanish and the official languages of Spain (Basque, Catalan, and Galician). We also offer translation services in most language combinations with English, Spanish (http://www.spanish-translations.net), French, German and Italian as the source or target languages. In 2011, we managed more than 250 different language combinations and translated into more than 75 target languages. Our database includes a large pool of freelance linguists, and more than 800 tested translators, revisers and reviewers. We are corporate members of the ATA, SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers), and the ACT (Association of Spanish Translation Companies).
