Company description: We are a language solutions company providing personal and corporate translation and interpretation services into 150 languages to consumers and business organisations across a wide scope of industries, ranging from manufacturing and engineering, through to IT, marketing and public sector bodies. We translate every kind of document from marriage certificates and simple letters to technical documents, as well as whole websites and printed catalogues; and are the only translation company to provide an online tattoo translation service. We provide face-to-face bi-lingual and British Sign Language interpreting services, and have just launched an instant telephone interpreting service unique to others already available, which can be accessed by anyone, anywhere and at any time. Applied language Solutions are proud to be working with prestigious customers such as United Nations, Robbie Williams, Nike and Yahoo and exclusive customers including Dixons Group, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Rockwell-Collins. We sell to more than 15 countries very rarely lose a customer because of the high level of service that we deliver. We are committed to using only professional in-country translators and interpreters and to ensure the translations we deliver are as accurate as possible, at every point in the translation process quality checks are built in. We are proud to have achieved, and continue to maintain, the standards of the Internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality accreditation, DIN EN and BS EN 15038, the only German and British standard specifically for translation quality. Dedication to our staff ensures we provide the highest standard of customer service. We make a huge investment in continual training, development and safety for all our staff; evident by achieving the strict criterion of Investors in People and ISO 18001 for health and safety in the workplace. In addition to this we are also members of the American Translators Association and an Associate Member of the Association of Translation Companies, and comply to the ethical standards and codes of conduct defined by these industry bodies.
