All conference programming is included
You won’t pay extra for the social events (these include the Welcome Reception, Speed Networking, the GALA dinner on Monday night, and the "Happy Hour" on Tuesday)

GALA has secured exclusive savings for conference participants at the conference hotel, Le Méridien Beach Plaza. You’ll find rates comparable, or even lower, than other four-star hotels throughout Europe with € 169 for single occupancy and € 189 for double. This price includes a full buffet breakfast and applicable taxes (book early -- spaces at GALA rates are limited). GALA encourages participants to stay at the conference hotel for a better conference experience, but there are also other affordable accommodations in nearby towns such as Beausoleil or Roquebrune Cap-Martin.

Public transportation to and from the airport or train station in Nice is simple and convenient. If a taxi is too expensive, try the train or the bus for as little as € 7. Flight	You will want to fly into Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Tip: Fares are often cheaper if you stay over Saturday night, but weigh that savings against other costs.
Hotel/Lodging	GALA rates at Le Méridien Beach Plaza are € 169 single occupancy and € 189 double per night and include breakfast. Tip: Make your hotel registration early to ensure space and the best rates.
Airport transportation	Shuttle fares between the Nice airport and the conference hotel are approximately € 55. You may also want to consider the excellent public transportation system from the airport to Monaco.
Parking	Will you be leaving a car at your home airport? Tip: Consider public transportation to your airport.
Food/Beverage	Breakfast is included with hotel rates for Le Méridien Beach Plaza guests. For conference participants, lunch is provided Monday and Tuesday. Light reception fare will be provided Sunday night, and dinner is provided Monday night.
Business needs	Internet is free in Le Méridien Beach Plaza meeting areas. Internet is is € 19 per night in hotel guest rooms.
Business activities	Can you set up meetings in surrounding areas? Transportation to Sophia Antipolis, Nice, and other cities is convenient. You can also book private meeting space with GALA at the conference hotel.
