The GALA 2013 conference begins with an opening reception on Sunday, 17 March. Conference sessions will take place Monday, 18 March through mid-day on Wednesday, 20 March. Lunch will be provided to all conference participants on Monday and Tuesday. The Sunday Welcome Reception, the Tuesday Happy Hour, and the GALA dinner on Monday are included in the cost of registration.

Please note that one-day registration does not include social events. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and the GALA Dinner can be purchased separately for family or guests. Please contact us for assistance with social event tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be received by 25 February 2013. Refunds will be processed less a US$ 125 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or for cancellations received after 25 February 2013. Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Allison Ferch.

Special Accommodations

GALA is committed to providing access to all individuals attending the conference. Those needing any special accommodations should contact Allison Ferch at least four weeks in advance of the conference.
