The “Strombus” production team consists of highly-experienced project managers with excellent communication skills. Our set-up is very flexible and we can adapt easily to each customer's different requirements. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to each customer and you can always expect a personal approach. Our translators and editors undergo a rigorous selection procedure. They are professionals with several years’ experience in a specific subject and have been trained to work with various tools. We also evaluate our personnel on a regular basis by assigning them ratings – this is a very good way of making sure our Project Managers are using the best-available resources for your projects. “Strombus” has always been at the forefront as far as technical development is concerned. Today, we have a very solid technical infrastructure - we use cutting-edge hardware and the latest software packages in our production facility. This includes, but is not limited to, high-end servers, high-speed internet connection (operated by two independent ISPs), remote desktop solutions, LAN TM capability, a state-of-the-art web-based global management system (human resources, sales, project management, workflow management, finance, CEN, ISO 9001, CRM, issue tracking, reports and much more), IM tools, etc. Automation and streamlining of everyday tasks across the entire organisation is one of the priorities at “Strombus”. Consistent use of proper terminology is crucial to any localization project, which is why “Strombus” has always focused on terminology management. We create and maintain specific terminology databases and client-specific glossaries. We provide glossary creation, terminology mining and management services.
