Company description: Kawamura International (KI) started translation business with JASDF (Japan Air Self Defense Force) for translation of aircraft manuals. After accumulated know-hows to manage large-scale translation projects, we entered IT translation business. KI is now an SLV, focusing on IT translations between English and Japanese. Our strength is quality with KI's unique statistical quality management system, TAFT (Test, Analysis, Feedback for Translation). Based on industry-leading IT environment and sophisticated process management systems including TAFT, KI has rich experience in large-scale translation projects. In 2008, KI became the first certified SAP AG translation partner in Asia. Also, KI is a Hewlett Packard world-wide certified translation partner. We focus on both engineering quality and customer quality (customer's preferred expressions, etc.), and to address the latter quality, we are working to develop new management technologies.
