Company description: Baltic Media Ltd. has more than 12 year experience working with European language combinations. 60% of our volume are made from and to Nordic, Baltic and Slavic languages. Fields of expertise: including legal texts, machinery and technologies, business, finance, medicine, advertising, communications, PR, transport, computer hardware and software, science, agriculture, etc. Quality processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, thus we have improved the project coordination and supplier selection procedure. Each translation goes through three stages: translation, editing, proofreading. Baltic Media has its own translator testing system. All of our translators comply with the following criteria: - native speaker of the language - university degree in linguistics - translating experience at least 3 years - computer skills (Trados, SDLX) - references from other clients. We are also a memeber of Swedish Association of Professional Translators. |
