Why did you join GALA? We joined GALA because we support its mission "to promote collaboration between all companies providing products and services in the translation, localization, internationalization, and globalization industry." ACCU has benefited from its GALA membership. In particular, we have found it easy to find resources categorized by industries. We had the opportunity to participate at the Negotiation Workshop in Seattle and found it very useful.

Founded in 1976, All Tasks is an agency specializing in technical translation and website and software localization of more than 30 languages, in addition to installing CMS and LCMS for managing multilingual content. Located in São Paulo, Brazil, we have a solid infrastructure and almost 200 employees.

Why did you join GALA? We believe that GALA, as an organization, has been a great resource and serves as a great platform where we can share and exchange ideas with other Localization Service Providers. In addition to that, it will help us grow our network and help us keep up with the Industry.

EQUALOC is an experienced Spanish translation and localization company with over 4000 completed projects. We excel in customizing our business process to meet our clients’ needs, with a focus on project management, quality and flexibility. We offer a range of services including technical translation, software & web localization, audio recordings and desktop publishing. All our processes are managed with Microsoft Dynamics. We are an ISO 9001- 2000 and UNE EN 15038 certified company.

Why did you join GALA? We are looking to increase our opportunities for being better connected to the people working in the industry, share processes and ideas, acquire new knowledge, and have a platform to follow changes and trends. Being an active member of GALA helps us with these objectives.

We have 13 years of experience in technical writing and design, software localization, translation, DTP, printing and CD production and replication. A dedicated and fully trained team empowers our worldwide network of 15 overseas branches guided by our Singapore headquarters to ensure our customers their link to globalization needs.

Why did you join GALA? We would like to join an association that could bring us all, the same industry players, together in order to contribute and share our knowledge so as to bring further innovation in the localization industry.

IDEM Translations is a full-service translation and localization company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. The company was founded 25 years ago and it is one of the few companies in the industry to have achieved an ISO 9001:2000 certification. We are specialized in Life Sciences, High-Tech, Law, Marketing and Corporate Training & Communications. We believe in putting all our efforts and energy into providing the highest quality of service possible.

Why did you join GALA? We are interested in keeping up to date with the latest trends in our industry, gaining visibility and using the GALA forum to exchange ideas and experiences with other colleagues.

Language Connect is a foreign language services company based in London, UK. We offer a full range of language services including translation, interpreting and voice-overs. We adapt our high quality solutions to our clients' needs on an industry-specific basis to offer great customer service cost-efficiently. This approach has led to Language Connect successfully building a loyal client base including blue-chip, multi-national companies and large public sector organisations.

Why did you join GALA? We believe membership to this prestigious industry body will provide us with support as we continue our expansion and promote Language Connect amongst other companies within the localisation industry. Why did you join GALA? As a subscriber to the GALAxy newsletter for a couple of years, I came to the conclusion that this is the right place and community that I can share ideas and benefits. The people in charge here are dedicated to providing the necessary information and services to GALA members. What else should I need for my business? I applied for active membership at once.

Why did you join GALA? We heard about GALA through the Localization World Conference. GALA helps connect with companies from all over the world and keeps us updated on what's going on in the localization business.
